When heavy payloads and/or large sail areas are necessary, our Super Heavy Duty Locking/Non-locking mast is the answer. Pneumatic masts with extended heights up to 164 ft (50m) and payload capacity up to 1200 lbs (545kg). Locking collars allow the mast to remain extended indefinitely without air pressure.

- Rugged construction of high strength heat-treated aluminum tubes and collars with low friction synthetic bearings for long, dependable life.
- Two full-length internal keys on mast sections, and collars with matching machined key ways to maintain directional azimuth
- The bumpers are designed to reduce shock on extension and retraction.
- Exterior aluminum surfaces are anodized and sealed.
- Payload capacities up to 450 lbs (250 kg) for standard locking models and 1200 lbs (545kg) for non-locking models.
- Custom models can be designed and manufactured for other retracted and extended heights and payload weights. Consult factory.
